We receive many requests from artists who want to perform at our venue, and we truly appreciate every message. However, since RiP is run on a voluntary basis in our spare time, we unfortunately don't have the capacity to respond to all inquiries. We will reach out to artists who are relevant for our stage. Please note that repeated follow-ups will not increase your chances.

Our Booking Profile

We focus on artists within the broad spectrum of rock, performing original material.
Tribute bands and cover bands are not relevant for our program, and such inquiries will not be answered.

Tips for Your Booking Email

To help us evaluate your request, please include the following:

• Links to your music, videos, website or Facebook page
• Any reviews or press coverage
• A brief description of the band/artist, genre, and background
• Your connection to the Grenland/Telemark region (if applicable)
• Your future plans

Please include this information directly in the email — not as a link to a press kit.
We're not focused on image; we're looking for skilled, passionate artists with originality.

Concert Days

We host concerts only on Saturdays. Other days are considered only in exceptional cases.

Seasonal Closures

RiP is closed during the following periods:

• Summer break: Mid-May to end of August
• Winter break: From the last Sunday before Christmas Eve to the end of January

No concerts or bookings are scheduled during these periods.
