AVRAK + Angell live @ RiP 25/4!

WORLD LIVE DEBUT AT RIP!

AVRAK is the new band of Ted Skjellum, known as Nocturno Culto from the legendary band Darkthrone, and Anders Hegna from Porsgrunnsband such as Nød, El Kayenne and Svidd Grevling. After over two years of intense work, AVRAK will release their debut album in the fall of 2026. But already this spring they will make their live debut on stage at RIP. Live, Avrak will be joined by Terje Kråbøl (Minas Tirith, Sarke, Thorns) on drums and Steinar Gundersen (Satyricon) on bass.

Avrak themselves say they play hard rock, but here you can expect the unexpected musically. Maybe this is the start of a new piece of music history? Then you don't want to miss Avrak's very first concert which will take place at RiP on April 25! 

ANGELL is the solo project of Angell Solberg Tveitan, an 18-year-old musician from Telemark. The project combines death metal with elements of prog and black metal. At the age of 16, he wrote and recorded his first demo, Veiled by Woe, which was released on April 10, 2025.

Angell is currently working on new material and has a full live band to perform the songs live. Angell played with the band at the youth event KRXSS at RiP in December 2025, and delivered an impressive concert that bodes extremely well for the future. Since then, Angell has played at the Inferno festival and has been released on the Tons Of Rock program!
