TRUCKFIGHTERS – MASTERFLOW TOUR 2026! Straight from Örebro, Truckfighters have been driving heavy desert rock straight into the audience's faces since 2001. With massive grooves, psychedelic fuzz and a live energy that few can match, they have established themselves as one of Europe's most awesome heavy psych bands. Now they are back with full force and a brand new album in their suitcase, and the European tour fortunately stops by Porsgrunn and RiP!
What started with early EPs and the debut album Gravity X in 2005 has developed into a legacy of heavy riffs, sprawling grooves and psychedelic "fuzzmonster" energy – qualities that have earned them comparisons to the big names in desert and stoner rock.
Despite several line-up changes – especially behind the drums – the founding duo of Oskar "Ozo" Cedermalm (bass/vocals) and Niklas "Dango" Källgren (guitar) have always been the core of the band. Over the years, they have built a reputation as one of Europe's leading heavy psych rock bands, with five studio albums and countless concerts under their belt. A Truckfighters concert is a live experience with energy and atmosphere in a class of its own – just as it should be. There is simply nothing that can compare to Truckfighters live!
After the album V in 2016, it was a long time before new material saw the light of day – but now Truckfighters are back in full force, a brand new full-length album titled Masterflow was released on Friday, April 10th! The new songs are true to Truckfighters' characteristic fuzz-heavy, riff-based expression, but also bear the mark of experience, development and renewed creative energy.
Masterflow marks the next chapter in Truckfighters' journey: recognizable to dedicated fans, but at the same time fresh and fearless – a new dose of desert rock for a new era. This will be the third time Truckfighters play at RiP, 10 years after the last time!
STONE OF DUNA (S)
What do you get when you combine a relentless riff machine with doom, stoner, sludge and progressive drive? The answer is an alchemical transmutation that creates Stone of Duna. Out of the foggy sea of Gothenburg, the band emerges with a sound that vibrates between chaos and control. With a wall of hypnotic fuzz and raw power, Stone of Duna delivers a soundscape that is as sophisticated as it is heavy.
